5th & Main Residences
Bozeman, MTStanding tall on Main Street in the heart of downtown Bozeman, MT, this striking structure commands attention. The development features five stories of wood-framed residential living (Type III-A) gracefully perched atop a two-level concrete parking podium (Type I-A). Engineered for strength and resilience, the building relies on wood shear walls above and special concrete shear walls below to resist lateral forces. Its roof and floor systems are crafted from a high-performance mix of solid sawn lumber, I-joists, floor trusses, and structural composite lumber—blending durability with modern design.
