The Dallas office of Gensler Architects is designing the project, which is a major addition to the existing 700,000-square-foot Deloitte University campus, where the firm trains thousands of employees in a resort-style center. The project will also include “site improvements including walking and bike trails, lakes, seating and landscaping.

The Deloitte campus is one of three huge financial employment centers in Circle T Ranch. Boston-based Fidelity employees thousands of workers at its Westlake office center. Charles Schwab has its headquarters on 70 acres off State Highway 114. The picture is of the crews building the 350 TON crane needed to lift the 52,000 lbs. steel truss structure that is the lynch pin for the "Star" shaped Mass Timber structure. It took over a year of planning and months of preparation on site to ensure that the structure fit perfectly within tolerances and accommodate the highly demanding tolerances of this specific Mass Timber design.
