Natalia's 9+ years of experience has largely focused on complex multi-family architectural projects and academic projects. Her work is characterized by her commitment to making a positive impact among communities, and ensuring that every project not only exceeds the highest industry standards but also addresses the critical need for accessible and sustainable living spaces. As a registered architect she can often be found as a proponent of Passive House standards and Mass Timber construction, while integrating cutting-edge sustainability practices to create energy-efficient, resilient and affordable housing solutions. Natalia is currently leading the construction administration as the project manger for a Passive House multifamily building with 102 affordable housing units encompassing a hybrid Mass Timber structure and prefabricated exterior walls, the first of its kind in the Boston market.
