Chris is an experienced construction professional with a demonstrated history of completing difficult projects, including numerous mass timber buildings. He leads the Swinerton Mass Timber (SMT) division and has managed and successfully completed high profile mass timber projects, including the largest Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) office building ever built in the United States. With nearly 20 years of experience, Chris excels at working closely with owners, architects, and stakeholders to lead the design, engineering, procurement, logistics, and installation process to deliver turnkey structural frames for mass timber buildings in various markets. ENR recently recognized Chris as being among the nation’s top construction professionals in their National Top 20 Under 40 Competition.
