William is a seasoned construction veteran who manages all aspects of design and preconstruction management for Swinerton Builders in Portland, Oregon. A graduate of Oregon State University with a B.S. in Construction Management, William has worked for 30 years throughout the Washington, Oregon, and California markets. He has a well-rounded background from working hands-on in self-perform mass timber, heavy civil, and concrete operations and to working on the development management side of the business. William joined Swinerton in 2004 and returned to the Portland market in 2014. William is a passionate advocate for mass timber buildings and has a knack for finding efficient and eloquent solutions to construction problems.
