CoStar Group is expanding its presence in Richmond, Virginia, with a significant $460 million investment. 
The development encompasses two primary structures; a conventionally framed 21-story office tower providing approximately 750,000 square feet of office and retail space and a six-story, mass-timber hybrid multipurpose facility featuring amenities such as an auditorium, fitness center, food hall, and retail spaces.
