With an innate ability to understand a problem and identify a solution, Mason thrives on the details that take a project from concept to completion. As Director of Structural Engineering, Mason will collaborate with project teams and clients to find quality solutions by providing professional structural engineering services, leading the design for building and non-building structures, and helping to solve a variety of other problems. Mason credits effective communication, collaboration, coordination, and attention to detail for his problem-solving skills.

A member of the Quality Buildings Leadership Team, Mason embodies QB’s commitment to innovation, safety, and teamwork as he leads the structural engineering division.

In addition to being a licensed professional engineer in ten U.S. States, Mason a Pennsylvania State University alumnus, an Adjunct Instructor at Bucks County Community College teaching courses in building construction and serves his community as a volunteer firefighter/EMT. Mason has also served as a volunteer Chief Fire Officer.
