WSU PACCAR Environmental Technology Building

Pullman, WA

This hub of interdisciplinary research and education in renewable materials, sustainable design, water quality, and atmospheric research incorporated CLT panels throughout prominent public areas – engineered lumber materials that WSU has helped develop for decades. The space is divided into two wings, one with lab and office spaces and the other with an impressive showcase bar and high-bay area. Intended for structural experiments, the high-bay area features a reaction floor and wall as well as a bridge crane.
