Joe Etzel Field - University of Portland

Portland, OR

The University of Portland Pilots baseball program got a new face lift with a new Mass Timber Pressbox, Entry Canopy, Restrooms, Home Dugout, Vistor Dugout and much more.  This project features exposed wood CLT panels in different locations giving this field a unique charm and sustainable building style that all fans can be proud of and enjoy for decades to come.

Construction began in the Fall of 2019, SRG Partnership, Inc was the Architect, KPFF Engineers the Engineer of record, and Yorke & Curtis was the General Contractor, and Western Wood Structures was the Mass Timber subcontractor.
