The industrial site lies at the intersection of the two largest highways in Northern Ontario. The new building is added to a site with an existing industrial building, increasing the density of the property for industrial tenants. The building is a mass timber structure to help lower its embodied carbon while maintaining a durable and attractive finished quality.
