Avelle Apartments

This project features a five-story Type IIIA wood-frame structure over a two-story Type IA concrete parking garage. The architectural design draws inspiration from 20th-century modern industrial aesthetics, creating a seamless transition between the adjacent office and residential buildings along the North Shoreline Boulevard frontage. A signature design element is the curved wall with accent panels at the northwestern corner, highlighting the building's visual identity.
