25 King Street

At the time of completion in 2018, 25 King St was the world’s largest engineered timber office building. This project was the first to be supplied by Lendlease DesignMake via its manufacturing facility in Western Sydney. Site conditions permitted pre-assemblies of core wall elements to be completed safely and accurately at ground level before being lifted into the final position as a single module resulting in an average 10-day floor cycle. The building featured a side core and an efficient layout for services reticulation.
