2120 S. Tryon
Charlotte, NCThis building is the retail component in a larger mixed use development set in the robust developing Southend district in Charlotte, North Carolina. 2120 South Tryon adopts a modern industrial aesthetic responding to the manufacturing history of the corridor. The overall development is intended to be a new benchmark for blue-chip officing and a new home for ‘creatives’. Along with the mass timber the project combines fluted galvanized panel with contrasting slick metal panel & rich, red brick with black mortar. The building is 4800 SF with exterior and rooftop deck/patios. The mass timber elements are a unique blend of CLT, GLT, and Alaskan Yellow Cedar.
