One Line Studio Office

Two story 2,700 square foot office building with 1  level below grade, a partial mezzanine, and an accessible rooftop deck space. The project features exposed dowel laminated timber at the mezzanine floor, and roof supported by a combination of steel beams and columns and DLT load bearing walls. Lateral systems are steel braces and DLT walls with wood sheathing. DLT panels were made from a combination of 2x8 and 2x6 laminations for visual interest.
