Ryan King champions the built environment for communities throughout the Midwest as an architect and ISG’s Residential + Mixed-Use Business Unit Leader. He leads a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, and architects to provide clients with contemporary and optimized design solutions for mixed-use development needs. 

Throughout his 25-year career in commercial real estate and housing, Ryan has gained experience in urban mixed-use developments and market-rate, student, and multi-family housing. As a trusted advisor to a variety of local, regional, and national clients, he is a committed partner and advocate for strategic development in communities. Ryan approaches relationships with empathy to understand the roles and goals of each project stakeholder.
