Mark Pytiak is the Vice President of Pytiak Design Build LLC based in Wet Bloomfield, MI.  PDB is a full service general contracting firm specilizing in ground up development of commercial buildings and custom residential construction.  In 2022, PDB broke ground on their first mass timber project in Westland, MI which is slated for completion in January of 2023.
