Simon Mance is currently an Architect and Project Manager with Korb & Associates Architect in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.    With an educational background in prefabrication stemming from his work with Studio 804, his interest in utilizing systems to design buildings ultimately led for his role as Director of Architecture with oWOW in Oakland, California where he was lead designer for 1510 Webster Street, the first Type IV-A building in California.  He currently stays busy with research and finding ways to utilize mass timber on projects through the lens of systems-based architectural approach.
