Ashley Rao, AIA LEED AP is a Senior Associate with Leers Weinzapfel Associates Architects.  She was the project manager for Adohi Hall at University of Arkansas, a 700 bed, 200,000sf student housing complex, the largest completed mass timber building in the US.  

Ashley is passionate about creating vibrant, sustainable buildings and urban environments.  She speaks nationally at seminars and webinars about mass timber design, highlighting the design opportunities, technical challenges, and carbon sequestration potential of building big with wood.
