Niima Outpost is a five-story mixed-use development featuring 55 apartments, two ground floor commercial spaces, a 2,000-SF outdoor patio to activate the retail, 19 below-grade parking spaces, and a private rooftop patio. The use of wood structure—including cross-laminated timber (CLT) floors and light-frame wood walls—reduces the building’s carbon impact compared to more traditional materials while providing a natural living experience for residents through exposed wood ceilings.
