Kaleidoscope Park (HALL Park)

The new development at HALL Park marks a significant evolution in the long-term vision for the campus, transitioning it from a traditionally singular office environment into a vibrant, urban-inspired mixed-use community. The first phase of the HALL Park master plan introduces a trio of impressive structures: a striking 16-story Class AAA trophy office tower designed to attract top-tier tenants, a stylish 224-key boutique hotel catering to both business and leisure travelers, and a luxurious 19-story multifamily tower that will offer high-end living options. 

In addition to the towers, the project will feature a spacious 10,000-square-foot culinary destination, designed to enhance the dining options available to residents and visitors alike. Central to the design is the 5.7-acre Kaleidoscope Park, a community-centric green space that will serve as a hub for relaxation, recreation, and social gatherings. Timberlyne has played a vital role in this redevelopment by contributing sustainable timber elements throughout the park, emphasizing the project's commitment to eco-friendly practices.

This redevelopment is poised to create a lively new district that seamlessly connects HALL Park to its northern neighbor, The Star, fostering a sense of community and encouraging foot traffic between the two areas.
