TVA was founded in 1984 with the vision of creating an interdisciplinary architecture, interior design, and planning studio committed to innovation through design and creative problem-solving. TVA’s project experience spans a number of market sectors, including commercial office, retail, housing, mixed-use developments, public facilities, higher education, and healthcare.

TVA knows how to deliver design and value concurrently. We see the big picture and help our clients spend their resources on long-term solutions that are environmentally sustainable, economically responsible, maintainable, and beautiful. TVA works with clients to evaluate appropriate construction types, including mass timber construction and associated hybrid approaches. The combination of project experience, lessons learned, and relationships with key team members and industry partners positions TVA as a valuable and trusted client resource.
