KT is a designer at Anecdote Architectural Experiences, a firm established in Nashville circa 1984, with an ethos centered around designing to tell a story. Mass timber has been a cornerstone of her design experience, starting her career with being a part of the design team for 1030 Music Row, a commercial building that was the first to utilize mass timber as a construction type within the state of Tennessee. With 1030’s successes, the firm has had the opportunity to implement mass timber into various projects ranging in scale and programmatic type. KT deeply values researching and implementing innovative design and material solutions and encourages a high-level of collaboration across the design team and clients.
