The Collective at Canton – 40TEN
Baltimore, MD40TEN is Baltimore’s first modern mass timber office.
This office is part of The Collective, a mixed-use development by 28 Walker in Baltimore’s Canton neighborhood. The 4-story building features three stories of mass timber construction above a concrete podium, with Glulam post & beam framing supporting DLT panels and CMU shear walls as the primary lateral force resisting system.
