Niima Outpost

San Diego, CA

Niima Outpost is a five-story mixed-use development featuring 55 apartments, two ground floor commercial spaces, a 2,000-SF outdoor patio to activate the retail, 19 below-grade parking spaces, and a private rooftop patio. The use of wood structure—including cross-laminated timber (CLT) floors and light-frame wood walls—reduces the building’s carbon impact compared to more traditional materials while providing a natural living experience for residents through exposed wood ceilings. Designed to address regional demographics and demand, Niima Outpost offers fully amenitized units with efficient layouts that feel spacious and open, at an affordable price in a walkable urban environment.
