Fort Liberty, NC (formerly Ft. Bragg) is the site of a six story mass timber Candlewood Suites Hotels. The hotel is 122,212 SF, six stories, 207 rooms. The sixth CLT structure in the Privatized Army Lodging (PAL) program designed to meet the highly restrictive military Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (ATFP) requirements under the PAL program are expected to open in late 2024.
