The United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America provides training, education, and advocacy for its members across the United States. The UBC offers a variety of training programs for its members, including apprenticeships, journeyman training, and advanced courses. These robust programs create carpenters who have the knowledge and training to build all manner of buildings and infrastructure across the country. Seizing upon the rapidly growing mass timber movement in North America, the UBC has augmented its training to include mass timber construction. These programs at select locations across the US create highly skilled carpenters proficient in working with mass timber and promote the use of this sustainable building material.

UBC Carpenters were crucial to the safe and efficient construction of the record setting “Ascent” Milwaukee and “Intro” Cleveland.
