Zumwalt Amphitheater

The City of Tulare voted to invest in this capital improvement project that includes a new amphitheater building and stage with tiered seating, lighting and landscaping, a playground, and splash pad. The central location of the park makes it an ideal focal point in the community that will attract 35,000-50,000 visitors to Downtown annually.
