Tsawwassen Mills

Delta, BC

As one of the biggest shopping centers built in Canada since 2009, Tsawwassen Mills offers an unparalleled shopping experience for those in Metro Vancouver. Tsawwassen Mills incorporates inspiration from the Pacific Northwest and the Coast Salish Indigenous people, and is showcased through sculptures, art displays, and the use of West Coast Heavy Timber. The mall features 18 anchor tenants, a sports dome, entertainment facilities, a 1,100 seat food court, restaurants, and factory outlets. The project was developed to meet LEED Core and Shell certifications.
