The Kind Project
Sacramento, CAThe Kind Project, in West Sacramento, consists of two new 3-story apartment buildings at the intersection of F and 4th street. The complex will contain (148) studio dwelling units and seven service units. These “attainable by design” studio units, are built as a market-rate project.
This is an all-electric, solar-ready project. All units have 12’-0” high, cross-laminated-timber, ceiling and 122 units have a mezzanine for storage. Units range between 277 to 367 S.F.
