Terrace House

Vancouver, BC

Terrace House, designed by Shigeru Ban Architects, is a hybrid Mass Timber luxury Residential tower with 3 levels below-grade parking, 12 levels concrete structure, and a 7-storey triangular apex structure of Mass Timber on the top.  The glazing of the top section is a wooden mullion curtainwall system.
"A collaboration of global perspective, local expertise, and intelligent visionary design that sets a new standard for innovative architecture in Vancouver"
"Singular in every way, Terrace House is an extraordinary achievement of elegantly intricate latticework and meticulously engineered local timber and glass."
The project is under construction but has been temporarily stopped due to financing issues, reported to have been impacted by COVID-19.
