Southline Campus

Southline campus is an innovative, 31-acre purpose-built science and technology development in South San Francisco. The campus will feature 2.8 million square feet of Class-A office and life science space. The Amenities Building welcomes employees to the Southline campus. Glulam (GLT) is increasingly used in interior design for its elegant finish and versatility. The single-story, 29,225 square feet mass timber Amenities Building includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, restaurant and bar, and outdoor terraces. This building is designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification.
