Minnesota Places
Portland, ORSituated in an existing Portland neighborhood, zoned for high-desnity multi-dwelling, this proposed quarter block redevelopment replaces some of the recently lost affordable housing in the area with high-quality, low-cost apartments. Focusing on two and three-bedroom units, this new eight-story building will provide living space for up to 72 families.
This site offers an unique opportunity for large-scale development along the freeway edge and is within proximity to the Killingsworth light rail station and Portland Community College.
Utililzing veneer-based CLT, the project also combines cold formed steel wall framing.
