Construction of a mixed use mid-rise condominium building with retail and indoor parking at the base level on a sloping site in the South Loop. the project involved the installation of a deep foundation system comprised of 146 steel piles driven over 45 feet deep adjacent to old loft structures. the project also required a high rise fire alarm system and generator to meet city code.
