Arcola Community School

Regina, SK

The design of Arcola School features reconfigurable Learning Studios and special Quiet Learning Studios, with soundproofing and other amenities to accommodate a wide range of students. The design of this school was influenced by engagement workshops and meetings, where all members of the community got a voice in the design of the new school. Much of the structure was exposed, allowing natural light to flow throughout the building. This facility features composite Glulam trusses and columns.
