Adelaide Pointe is a 50 unit Waterfront Condominium building in Muskegon, Michigan. It contains approximately 100,000 square feet of five and seven ply CLT floor and roof slabs, as well as CLT bearing wall as the primary vertical structure with supplemental glulam columns and beams where the building opens up to water views.
