In partnership with Aedis Architects, Daedalus Structural Engineering, and Elevated Construction Services, XL delivered our first TimberQuest mass timber project for Sacred Heart Schools. TimberQuest is a cost and schedule efficient, prefabricated, DSA pre-checked solution that provides 21st-century learning environments within a high-quality, healthy and sustainable mass timber facility. The project is approximately 4,000 s.f., containing four 1,000 s.f. classrooms, each with a restroom. This project was built out with a quick turn around of 11 weeks during the summer of 2021, with classrooms ready for students to return to school in the fall.
